CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

All tours require minimum of 10 passengers. 

We reserve the right to alter or cancel any tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances in compliance with the WA Transport Department.

The Tour Operators accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects or property of passengers. Whilst every care is taken for the safety of passengers we cannot be held responsible for injury.

Fitzroy Crossing Buses recommends that you take out travel insurance as you deem necessary.

You understand and accept that the tour may require physical exertion and that a reasonable level of fitness is therefore required.

You understand and accept that the tour operates in remote areas.

You agree to observe the safety and other instructions of the tour guide for the duration of the tour.

In the event that you wish to cancel the following fees apply:

• Less than 48hours notice – No refund
• 2 days to 7 days notice – 50% refund
• More than 7 days notice – Full refund
